felting?!

yes, i have been bitten by the wet-felting bug recently... i did try it a few months back and was so worn out by the process of kneading the wool and washing and kneading and washing that i completely gave it up. well - inspired by my trading friend, Gretchen on Fiber Art Traders -- she is currently hosting a Felt Like Summer PC trade... and Gabriela - who posted a link on wet-felting... i was drawn to it again! but this time... i worked in a smaller format... i created a felt bangle. which still took a bit of time. but surprisingly - it was more therapeutic than exhausting. i liken it to hand-washing clothes way back in the day, when women had less complicated lives... perhaps?! either way... i experimented further and needle.felted 2 other bangles and then wrapped them in crochet thread. and one of these, i then wet-felted with the wrapped string. here's a youtube video on wetfelting a bracelet by another crafter.
