promises.

i know.  i promised a couple of photos of some things in my earlier posts... there was snow!  what could i do?

 
alas.  here i am!  tho, you will only be seeing one of the promises... as i'd like to work on the other promise for later next week.

here is a picture of the lovely labor-of-love chalkbag for hubby that i WOVE for him last year around this time.  backbreaking work b/c i was sitting all wrong and really making my lines way too tight in places.  i'm sure this is a common beginner-weaver mistake.  :P  but a year later - it is still holding up and being put to good, loving use:
