happy 2014!! to end our 2013 year we had a bit of an adventure... i took so many photos that i think i'll break this up into 3 parts to share with you.. :)
part 1 of 3...
had a bit of a large adventure with our family over the holidays. flew to the warm southwest and spent 10 blissful days roaming, adventuring, resting, dreaming together... in Tucson, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, and Sedona...
2 adults.4 kids.1 golden mini van.1232+ miles driving.1 purple adobe house.1 custom-made adobe house.8 relative meetups.1 nana taken along the last half of the trip.1 trip to the Urgent Care after 5yo dd ran into a cholla cactus - thigh and hands! much better now. :).1 unexpected and fun run-into old college friend we haven't seen for over 20 years.1 hummingbird which tried to drink from dd 8yo's pink jacket. 6 journals with a handful of arty entries.1 stop inside a bead store.3 nights of stargazing with the telescope.1 milestone birthday celebrated.1 day of rock climbing.7 days with hiking.9 days with perfect weather.1 family refreshed and encouraged.1500+ photos taken.1000s of amazing plants surrounding us.
equals = 1 amazing blessed holiday trip we will never forget, priceless.
